Welcome to MyDayfocus. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
By downloading, installing, or using MyDayfocus, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
MyDayfocus is a productivity app that helps you plan your day through timeboxing, priority management, and daily planning features.
Free Tier: Basic features with limits on priorities (3 per day), time blocks (5 per day), and history access (7 days).
Premium Subscription: Unlimited access to all features, including unlimited priorities, time blocks, full history, and cross-device sync.
Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged upon confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Free Trial: If offered, the free trial period automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain ownership of the content you create in the app (priorities, time blocks, notes). You grant us a license to store and sync this content to provide our services.

The app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by MyDayfocus and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app without our permission.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyDayfocus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings. Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data from our servers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
